This month, Mr. Patrick Oduro, Chairman of the Board of Universal Hospitals Group, gave a fully built two-story classroom building to the Presbyterian Church of Ghana to start a model senior high school community in Boadua/Akwatia in the Dekyembour district of the Eastern Region. The impressive classroom building, which houses a six-unit classroom block, will provide a venue for the community to learn and retain their skills for the benefit of the whole community. The church’s moderator, Rt. Rev. Prof. Joy Mante, and some synod members attended the ceremony to receive the project. The DCE, MP, traditional rulers, and GES officials were all present. This is a small step in the direction of a big transformation. This emphasizes UHG’s commitment as a catalyst for social change through education and healthcare. Thanks to all of our stakeholders and kudos to the project team for making this possible.
